Ring Yarn facility
Our facility is equipped with the latesttechnology of Rieter machines with 24,000 spindles and an annualproduction capacity of 6000 tons. Conventional, compact, and core spun yarnscan be produced in our facility. Yarns can be produced from Ne 4/1 to 100/1 inraw, colored, and melange mixtures. Ouryarns are produced in an ideal yarn production climate with 13 air conditioningunits and independent ventilation channels, in production lines separated by glasspanels. This minimizes the risk of contamination.
Folding, Twisting, and Intermingling Facility
Twistingfacility equipped with Savio machines with 4000 spindles, an annual productioncapacity of 2000 tons. Interminglingfacility with 208 heads and an annual production capacity of 1800 tons
Dye House
Fiber dyeing facilitywith a daily capacity of 15 tons of fiber dyeing, custom designed for Dicle Tekstil
Quality control
- Physics laboratory where incoming raw materials and outgoing yarns are tested withthe latest technology test devices.
- Chemical laboratory where chemical tests of fibers and yarns are performed, andcolor recipes are meticulously prepared.
